특별귀화 기본요건 충족을 증빙하는 제반 서류 (All documents proving the fulfillment of the basic requirements for special naturalization)
제출 언어는 각 증명서 양식에 따름 (The language of submission depends on the respective certificate format)

한국어 양식으로 제출 (Submit in Korean)

우수인재 특별귀화 추천 신청서 (Application for special naturalization recommendation for outstanding talent)
한국어 또는 영어 양식 중 선택하여 제출 (Submissions may be made in either Korean or English)
